Hi tom I give 10ml of apple cider vinegar to my greys how close to s race would you stop giving it . Tom which if any will be a better option to feed a 27%kibble & beef or chicken or brown bread with beef or 2/3 beef 1/3 chicken or beef & rabbit & vits& mins & dcp.cheers

Hi Geoff,
There are no withholding concerns with apple cider vinegar and I see no problems with giving it in the evening meal the night before a race.
As far as the main meals is concerned personally I like the soaked brown bread, beef and chicken mixture however this will require adding some type of calcium / mineral / vitamin mixture to the meal.
Unless you are extremely confident of the source of the meat / chicken it's best if human consumption meat / chicken is used to avoid the possibility of an inadvertent positive swab, or at least for the two nights prior to a race.
