Hi Donna,
While I'm not a great fan of complete dry foods, mainly because I'm old school and used to changing protein/carb/fat/vitamin ratios to suit each idividual greyhound, these are formulated as complete foods that are supposed to contain everything a greyhound is likely to need while racing.
For that reason it's impossible for me to make any recommendations in regard to adding anything to such a diet as this would change the formulation of the diet and possibly cause problems in the long term.
While I have no personal experience with the food you mentioned, I have done extensive experiments with a couple of premium complete dry foods only to find that the longest I was able to maintain the health and performance off my racing greyhounds on such a diet was 8 months for one greyhound, and only 5 months for most of the others before it started to affect their wellbeing.
Cheers, Tom

Hi Donna,
In regard to breakfast either would be good, and with the evening meal you only need to add calcium when meat is added at a rate of one level teaspoon of DCP to every 500 grams of any type of meat you may include. There is also no need to add anything else such as iron, or vit e and d as there is sufficient in the gain in that diet to cover any requirements.
Cheers, Tom

Hi Donna
If you add meat you will need to add calcium.
While there is phosphorus in meat the quantity is insufficient to satisfy the requirements, and it's therefore best if DCP (2 calcium - 1 phosphorus) is added rather than calcium only in the form of calcium gluconate.
