Hi Dale,
Her having gone off her food is unlikely to be caused by either her current seasonal state, or the run she had. Most of the digestive problems you get are caused by the food itself, and no matter how careful you are with the type of food you feed it can happen from time to time and dogs generally recover quickly. Just keep her away from running behind the lure until she recovers her appetite, while a free run should not be a problem.
Cheers, Tom
