What are reasons for bad breath. My 15 month pup breath stinks. Teeth are sparkling white-fed bones. Tonsils look ok. Must be stomach problem. What is best way to clean out stomach and try sort this.

Hi Jamie, Sorry about the late reply.
In some instances a bad breath can indicate more serious problems such as gum disease, severe digestive problems, or even liver damage.
However in your situation as in most instances it is often a low grade digestive problem due to providing food or additives that increase stomach fermentation, such as vitamin supplements containing yeast as the main source of vitamin B.
Sometimes if the dog is disinclined to have a good drink of water after eating, food particles left in the mouth can ferment and also cause bad breath.
To freshen the breath squeezing a little fresh lemon in the drinking water can help, and adding finely grated carrots to the diet can improve digestive function by increasing roughage.
Cheers, Tom
