Hi Ken,
The least number of injections used prior to racing the better the dog will be as in many instances the problems caused by the injection such as pain at the injection site and often a feeling of biliousness outweigh the benefits.
Out of all the injections you have mentioned Tridenosen is IMHO the best and can be used 48 hours before to boost the performance, and immediately after the run to aid recovery.
Cheers Tom
(Edit) If used in that manner inject 2 to 2-1/2 ml in each back leg (total 4 or 5 ml) 48 hours prior and ASAP after the run.

Hi Ken,
With Foliphos I would mainly use it pre-race as it provides one of the ingredients for the production of ATP and therefore does slightly increase useable energy, and yes both products are complementary to each other.
Cheers, Tom

During the training phase I would only use Tridenosen as a means for faster recovery after strenuous efforts.
The faster the recovery rate the faster muscle tissue and the bone structure strengthens to take into account each harder effort, and the quicker the dogs reach their peak.
At that point you can then use that and Pholiphos to increase energy prior to racing.
Cheers, Tom
