Hi all,
I have owned a couple of greyhounds, and this has got me wanting to get involved to see the process through from pup to racetrack, I am intersted in purchasing and rearing a maybe two pups to start with. As i hear they love another one to play with growing up. My first question is i live on some acerage so size isn't really an issue, how big should my puppy rearing yards be? and should they have seperate yards or will multiple pups be fine in the one yard? Also what is an average diet for growing pups? how much meat/kibble should they be fed daily in stages 3-6months and then 6-12months? Lastly which other supplements should be added to their diet? and how much of each? eg. calcium
Thanks for your help, Brett

Hi Brett, There is an excellent article HERE written by Mike Chapman who runs the Park Ridge Greyhound Complex situated in the Brisbane suburb of Park Ridge. Hopefully it will answer some of your questions. Cheers, Tom
