Hi Tom i have a dog with a fracture in the rear leg and i want to use this machine how ever the instructions to use this machine is the base frequency should be at 50 and the pulse rate should be at 5 for 40 minutes twice a day how ever my vet said to use this machine with the base frequency to be at its highest frequency witch would be 200 and the pulse rate at its highest rate witch is 50 what would you suggest thank you

Hi John,
The lower pulse rate and frequency, while it does vibrate the bone matrix, it has more of an anti inflammatory effect.
It’s quite obvious that your vet believes that the fracture to heal correctly requires a more inflammatory treatment, and I do agree with him/her that this is the preferred treatment for most fractures, especially for something like a fractured fibula that has started remodeling without knitting properly.
The only thing I would suggest is that you cut the treatment time down to 30 minutes instead of 40 as too much inflammatory treatment is not a good thing either.
