Tom,
What is your opinion on the above supplement. I use it but I find it does nothing for the dogs coat. I was of the thought that if a dog was fit and healthy he would show it with a shiny coat.
I have used kennelvite and they get a shiny coat within a month but not with feramo.

Hi TommyB,
I must admit that I’m of the same opinion having used Feramo D for a period of time that it did not show any real improvement in the general health of the dog.
There again I know of quite a few trainers using Feramo that are happy with the results.
I guess the result of any multi vitamin/mineral supplement added to a diet depends to a large extent on what is already in that diet.
Personally I’m not a great wrap for adding large amounts of additives to a diet preferring instead to ensure the diet is as complete as possible in the various groups of protein, has sufficient fats and carbohydrates to meet energy needs, and about the only additives I used to add were cod liver oil and DCP.
Cheers, Tom
